Dr. Hermann: Face lift and neck lift is one of the most popular plastic surgery procedures in the United States. As we age, the structures of the face and neck tend to fall. This can include the skin or the deeper structures of the face and neck. The face lift and neck lift restores that more youthful appearance by tightening and lifting the deeper structures of the face and neck as well as the skin.
