Dr. Hermann did amazing on my lift. I had one breast reduced and a lift on both. It’s been three months and I absolutely love it. I saw three different plastic surgeons in the Dallas Fort Worth area and I’m talking the best surgeon. Supposedly; they all wanted to put an implant in as well as do a lift on me. And all I wanted was a lift. And the scarring was horrible. Let me tell you when I found north Texas breast, and plastic surgery. I was amazed at how informative the doctor was as well as professional and I’m so thrilled with the results that I got. He was the only surgeon who told me that I did not need an implant that I had plenty of volume to just do a lift and let me tell you they look like I’ve had an implant put it.

Are not pregnant or breastfeeding
You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding in order to qualify for a breast augmentation. If you are currently breastfeeding or have recently quit breastfeeding, we recommend waiting about three to six months to allow the breast tissue to stabilize.
Are in good overall health
You must be in good overall health to qualify for breast augmentation. If you have cancer or an abnormal mammogram, you may not initially qualify. It is very important that you inform your plastic surgeon of any health issues or medicines you are taking so we can ensure the safest procedure possible. The Breast Augmentation Procedure

Are There Any Breast Augmentation Risks I Should Know Of?
As with any cosmetic procedure, breast augmentation carries risks such as infection and dissatisfaction with the results. Choosing a board-certified plastic surgeon can reduce these risks significantly.
Another risk that may occur after breast implant placement is capsular contracture. Capsular contracture is the formation of scar tissue around the implant. This "capsule" of scar tissue under your skin actually keeps your implants in place. In about 10 percent of all breast augmentation cases, patients develop more capsular scar tissue than usual, which can cause changes in the shape of the breasts, as well as discomfort. Should you notice anything unusual during the healing process, contact Dr. Hermann immediately to discuss your options.
